7 Intellectual Property

9 Account Closure and Suspension

Either party may terminate the member's aq999 game account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Member-initiated closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting support@aq999-game.app. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, provided KYC has been completed and no breach of these Terms is under investigation. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
• Platform-initiated suspension: aq999 game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — without limitation — in cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, underage access, breach of these Terms, or regulatory compliance requirements. 10 Responsible Gaming

11 Amendments to These Terms

The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version came into force. By continuing to use the aq999 game platform after a revised version of these Terms has been published, you confirm your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 9 above.

12 Governing Law and Disputes
